Sedentary Absurdities [2011]
Amongst the urban meadows of Camley Street, lives a man, the Sedentarian as we like to call him, and his ever faithful butler. The man wants it all, not only the idyllic idle lifestyle, which involves gorging on the digital realities of today, but to also appretiate the simple joys in nature. In order to achieve this, the butler constructs a series of architectural and social absurdities for the Sedentarian to pursue this desired lifestyle. As the Sedentarian’s lifestyle begins to develop, so to does his dwelling and his surroundings.
Where demands are instant and no questions are asked. Where the freedom to be idle is aplenty.
